In our mock hearing, you will play one of four roles -- a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, a SCOTUS nominee, a member of the media, or a presidential aide responsible for assisting the nominee through the confirmation process. Our mock hearing will focus almost exclusively on issues involving federalism.
